Items regularly stocked and displayed in our Lighting Stores are returnable. Non-stock items shipped directly from the manufacturer may not be returnable or may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

The following are excluded and will not earn a refund:

• Closeout Products are sold on a Final Sale Non-Returnable basis
• Made-to-Order or Custom Products
• Items that have been assembled, installed, used, or modified in any way
• Items that have had any wire cut, stripped, or parts altered
• Items returned without all original packaging; missing box, instructions, packing materials, etc.
• Items that Good Friend determines are not in a fully resalable condition
• Light bulbs, parts, glass shades, etc. due to their fragility
• Items not returned within 30 days of original delivery/pickup
• All Shipping Charges
• Any Special Handling or Rush Charges

To Make a Return

Please call 732.349.4100 and ask for Online Services. Give the Online Order# and item# you wish to return. You will be given Ship-to/Drop-off instructions along with an RMA#. The item must be returned to Good Friend Electric within 15 days of when RMA# was issued.

Once returned, the item will be checked to insure it's complete, fully resalable, and qualifies for refund. Credit will be made for paid item and sales tax amounts, less applicable Restocking Charges. Payment will be issued to the original purchasing credit card.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Cancellation can be requested by calling Online Services at 732.349.4100 immediately. If order is stopped before being processed for shipment, it can be cancelled at no charge, otherwise it will be handled as a regular return.

Can I cancel a custom item?

Orders for Items from manufacturers that classify their products as custom built-to-order are considered non-cancelable, non-returnable, and a final sale once the order is placed.
